The 986 Help Desk is an internal ticketing and operations tool provided by 986 Enterprise for authorized employees and affiliates. By logging in and using it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the system.
This system is in beta. It is provided “as is,” features may change, and occasional bugs or interruptions are expected. We are actively building and improving it, and your continued use helps us make it better.
To keep the system running smoothly and to improve it during beta, our IT team uses a read-only Oversight mode that lets them view the Help Desk as it appears to a given user, so they can diagnose issues, verify that features work, and confirm data is routed correctly.
For safety and security, we keep an audit log of activity including sign-ins, the IP address and internet provider (ISP) you connect from, your browser/device, and actions taken (for example, creating or updating tickets). We use this information to detect and investigate phishing attempts, cyber attacks, suspicious sign-ins, and account misuse, and to maintain an audit trail. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Because the system is an internal beta tool, it is provided without warranties of any kind. 986 Enterprise is not liable for any loss arising from its use to the fullest extent permitted by law. Always follow established business processes for anything critical.
We may update these Terms as the system evolves. If they change materially, you'll be asked to review and accept them again at your next sign-in.
